Municipal Regulations for the Corona Virus (COVID-19) and National Lockdown
Municipal account statements will not be distributed by post for the March 2020 accounts. Only Municipal account statements which is distributed by email will be distributed. If you do not receive an account for this period use your February 2020 account statement as basis and guideline for payment or you can request an account by sending an email to
accounts@twk.org.za which refers to your account number. Accounts will then be send by email during business hours.
Remember not receiving a municipal account does not justify default payments.
No interest will thus be charged and no water and electricity will be restricted or disconnected. This is a temporary arrangement until the end of April 2020.
TWK encourage the payment of municipal accounts by means of the below methods.

• Grabouw: Shoprite, Usave & Superspar

Prepaid Electricity can be purchased on the following website:
• On the Customer Registration page, enter your details, read and agree to the terms and conditions and select the Register button.
• Once register is selected an activation email will be sent to the email address specified.
You can also purchase prepaid electricity by downloading the Ontechome application on Playstore on your Mobile phone.
During lockdown prepaid electricity can be purchased directly at your Bank.
